Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Effective June 13, 2026 · Florida Man Mint LLC

Florida Man Mint is committed to lawful commerce and to keeping our products from being used to launder money or finance illicit activity. This page is a plain-language summary of the anti-money-laundering principles we follow.

Please note

This is a customer-facing overview, not a complete statement of our internal compliance procedures. We may take any step described here, and others required by law, to meet our obligations.

01

Regulatory framework

We conduct our business in accordance with applicable U.S. federal law, including the Bank Secrecy Act (31 U.S.C. § 5311 et seq.), the USA PATRIOT Act, and the regulations of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), including the rules for dealers in precious metals, precious stones, and jewels at 31 C.F.R. Part 1027. Where our activities meet the federal definition of a covered "dealer," we maintain a written anti-money-laundering program built on the four elements FinCEN requires: risk-based policies and internal controls, a designated compliance officer, ongoing training, and independent testing.

02

Customer identification

For certain transactions — including large-dollar orders, cash transactions, and any transaction that raises a compliance concern — we may require valid government-issued identification and additional information about the customer and the source of funds before completing a sale. We may decline to process, or place a hold on, any order until satisfactory information is provided.

03

Cash reporting (IRS / FinCEN Form 8300)

As required of any U.S. trade or business, we report cash payments exceeding $10,000 received in a single transaction, or in two or more related transactions, by filing Form 8300 with the IRS and FinCEN. For this purpose, "cash" includes U.S. and foreign currency and may include cashier's checks, bank drafts, traveler's checks, and money orders. Attempting to evade this reporting by breaking a payment into smaller amounts — known as structuring — is a federal crime, and we will not participate in it.

04

Accepted payment & source of funds

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. We reserve the right to limit or refuse cash and cash-equivalent payments, to require that payment come from an account in the purchaser's own name, and to decline third-party or anonymous payments.

05

Sanctions screening (OFAC)

We do not knowingly transact with individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Orders may be screened and refused on this basis.

06

Suspicious activity

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or unwind any transaction that we believe is unlawful, fraudulent, or designed to evade reporting requirements, and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities. We are not obligated to disclose to any customer that a report has been or may be made.

07

Recordkeeping

We retain transaction and identification records for the periods required by federal and Florida law.

08

Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with lawful requests from FinCEN, the IRS, and federal, state, and local law enforcement.

09
