Returns & All Sales Final

Once an order is placed and payment is authorized, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled for any matter of preference — including a change of mind, a later move in the price of silver, or a delay in delivery. Title and market risk pass to you at the time of purchase.

Our rounds are silver bullion and collectibles whose value tracks a volatile metals market. We price and source each release against that market at the time you order. Accepting buyer's-remorse returns would shift that market risk onto the Mint and our other customers. Final-sale terms are standard practice across the bullion industry.

Placing an order is a binding agreement. Your price is locked in the moment you submit your order, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Failure to complete payment within the time stated at checkout may void your locked-in pricing.

Prices and product listings can occasionally contain an error — a typo, a pricing-feed glitch, or a stock discrepancy. In any such case we may cancel or decline the affected order at our sole discretion and refund anything paid on it, even after an order confirmation has been sent. An order confirmation is not a guarantee that we will honor a mispriced item.

We stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or differs from what you ordered because of our error, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at support@floridamanmint.com with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and contents. At our discretion we will replace the item, complete the order correctly, or refund the affected item. This section covers shipping loss or damage and Mint errors only; it does not create a right to return for a change of mind.

You are responsible for confirming the product, quantity, finish, any personalization, and your shipping details before checkout. Made-to-order or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Limited drops — for example, releases shown in our Coming Soon collection, such as the Kraken of Key West — may be sold as pre-orders with estimated ship windows. Estimated dates are not guarantees, and all pre-order payments are subject to this All Sales Final policy. As an exception to the All Sales Final policy above, you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before striking of that release begins. Once striking has begun, the pre-order is final.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — we want to make it right within these terms. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us, or for a circumstance this policy does not cover, may result in collection of the disputed amount and suspension of future ordering. By placing an order, you authorize Florida Man Mint to charge the payment method on file for any fees or losses you owe under these terms.
