Florida Man Mint LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida ("Florida Man Mint," "we," "us," or "our"). We design and strike limited-edition .999 fine silver rounds. Our products are private-issue collectibles and silver bullion. They are not legal tender, not currency, and are not issued by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the United States Mint or any government body.

Using the site or placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and of every policy referenced in them, including our Returns & All Sales Final policy, our AML Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and another policy, these Terms control. We may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Effective" date above, except that changes made for legal reasons may take effect immediately. Your continued use after a change means you accept it.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse service, or suspend or close an account, at our discretion.

We describe weight, fineness (.999 fine silver), and finish as accurately as we can. Photographs and renderings are illustrative. Minting variation, natural toning, and minor surface marks are normal characteristics of struck silver and are not defects.

Silver prices move continuously. Prices shown on the site may change without notice until you place an order; placing an order locks your price, subject to payment clearing. We work hard to price accurately, but in the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline in whole or in part — including for reasons of stock, pricing error, or compliance. Accepted payment methods and any verification requirements are described at checkout and in our AML Policy.

Florida sales tax. Our .999 fine silver rounds are sold as qualifying silver bullion. Sales of gold, silver, or platinum bullion are exempt from Florida sales and use tax under Section 212.08(7)(ww), Florida Statutes. Tax treatment may vary for orders shipped to non-Florida addresses; any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & All Sales Final policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We ship to the address you provide and package discreetly for security. Every order ships fully insured for its full purchase price and travels with USPS tracking. Because shipments are insured, risk of loss in transit remains with us until the carrier records delivery to the address you provide; it passes to you upon that delivery. Claims for loss or damage in transit are handled under our Returns policy.

Your purchase is subject to our AML Policy, including identity verification for certain transactions and federal cash-reporting requirements (Form 8300). You agree to provide information we are required to collect.

We sell collectible silver, not investments. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or financial advice. Silver can rise or fall in value, and past performance does not predict future value. You are making your own decisions and should consult your own advisors. Florida Man Mint is not liable for any market gain or loss on products you buy or sell.

The Florida Man Mint name, logo, coin and round designs, brand characters, artwork, photographs, and site content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

Except for our representation that each product is .999 fine silver as described, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose except where the law does not allow it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Man Mint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Florida Man Mint agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or our relationship will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sarasota County, Florida. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court and may report matters to government agencies. Before starting arbitration, the initiating party must send a written notice of dispute to the other at Florida Man Mint LLC, 6601 Tamiami Trail, Ste 126, Sarasota, FL 34231-4806 (Attn: Legal), or compliance@floridamanmint.com and allow 60 days to resolve it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that notices we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Florida Man Mint, LLC donates two percent (2%) of the net proceeds from every coin and book sale to marine research and conservation on Florida’s Gulf coast. “Net proceeds” means the product’s purchase price actually received by Florida Man Mint, LLC, less applicable taxes, shipping, and payment-processing fees. The pledge applies to coin and book sales only and does not apply to memberships or other products unless we state otherwise. This is a charitable sales promotion conducted by Florida Man Mint, LLC; the contribution is made by Florida Man Mint, LLC, is not a separate charge to you, and no portion of your purchase is tax-deductible as a charitable contribution by you. The name of our conservation partner, and any additional terms, minimums, or caps, will be published here upon execution of a written agreement. Florida Man Mint, LLC may modify or end this program prospectively at any time.
