Call Your Number
Every Florida Man Mint coin carries a number: cut into the edge, printed on its certificate, entered in the Official Registry. One number, three places, impossible to fake. This is how you get yours.
Pick it
Open the Registry and find the legend you're claiming. Every open number on the Edition Board is yours to call. Tap it and the coin opens with your number on the card. Claim it, and your cart says so: Requested No. 043 — held for you while you check out.
Or let the tide bring one
Don't care which number? Claim the coin without picking and the Mint hands you the lowest open number in line. Early claims run low.
Held while you check out
The moment your number lands in your cart, the board marks it In a haul and holds it for you for thirty minutes. The clock restarts whenever you open your cart or head to checkout. Take the coin out of your cart and the number goes straight back on the board for the next keeper. Pay while the hold stands and that number is struck for you. If the hold runs out and another keeper claims it first, you get the next open number instead: it's on your certificate, cut into the edge, and in the Registry.
The numbers you can't call
No. 000 is the Founder Coin, struck for the Florida Men who founded the Mint and never for sale. 001 through 010 are held for the High Tide Society; members claim the lowest serials first. Nos. 050, 100 and 150 are trophy numbers, held by the Mint. And a few numbers are Lost at Sea. The legend says so, and the legend wins.
150, then the mark
Every legend opens with a First Tide Release of 150 coins, numbered 001–150, struck once and never reopened. The High-Water Mark holds every design at 500 pieces, ever. Your First Tide number stays yours in the Registry for as long as the Mint stands.
When it lands
Your coin ships Treasure-cased, built to be opened. Glove on, thumb the latch, read the number on the edge and match it to your certificate. Then take your place: enter the code that ships with your coin in the Keeper's App, and your keeper's name goes next to your number in the Registry where the whole Gulf can see it.
